South Australian-based Fleurieu Gifts is a family-run small business with a focus on providing sustainable and eco-friendly gifts. When Charlene Maney decided to leave the corporate world behind she dreamed of giving up her 9-5 traditional job for something more flexible so she could base work around caring for her young family. In early 2014, she took the plunge and has never looked back. Her love for beautiful things is evident through her incredible creations.
Breidahl Blooms, Western Australia

Perth-based Breidahl Blooms was founded by Rachel Breidahl, who grew up on a farm near Manjimup in the south-west of Western Australia. She says she was heavily influenced by floristry after being surrounded by eucalyptus trees and rose bushes. She is known for her soft, romantic and antique style of roses mixed with native foliage.
Blackwood Florist, South Australia
Located in the Adelaide Hills, Blackwood Florist is a family owned small business. They have been operating since the early 1980s, providing fresh, quality flowers and friendly service to the locals. They are wedding and event specialists.
Kate Hill, Victoria
With an eye for style trends, beauty and inspiration, Melbourne-based florist Kate Hill pursued a career in interior designing which pivoted after she helped out at a friend’s florist shop. When Kate fell in love with floristry she worked with Melbourne’s top florists. Not long after, Kate opened a private design studio taking on large-scale projects attracting high profile floral designers. In 2012, Kate expanded her brand opening doors to her first retail store.

Bloomin Flowers is a family run business, which was opened in December 2007 by Tracey Latham and Zoe Knox. Initially, the duo ran a wholesale business, but then decided to open a retail florist shop to be closer to their customers.
Flowers Vasette, Victoria
Flowers Vasette was founded by Cherrie Miriklis in 1989 in Melbourne. Cherrie began selling flowers after school outside her parents’ grocery store at a very young age. Her dream was to have her own small business. Over the past 26 years, she has developed strong relationships with specialist flower growers around Australia and internationally.
My Flower Man, NSW
Sydney-based florist My Flower Man is owned and operated by Kieran Birchall. This passionate florist creates premium gift bunches, artistic arrangements and floral styling for events. He hand picks his products from local growers every day at the Sydney markets and is known for delivering fresh, statement arrangements in vases.
Redcliffe City Florist, Queensland
Redcliffe City Florist is a family business run by Sonya Johnson which was established 35 years ago. When Sonya was four-years-old, her parents purchased a business, which evolved into a convenient store. They ran this for almost 24 years and during that time, they created a separate floristry and began focussing on this as their main business along with a next door cafe. These have both grown so there are now roughly 20 staff working in both the floristry and the cafe.
Oh Flora, NSW
New South Wales-based floristry Oh Flora is run by Tanya, who strong passion for everything floral saw her open up her dream business. She is a huge believer in taking cues from nature and incorporating seasonal beauty into her designs. What is her inspiration? Her creativity is sparked by her inspiration for travel, photography art and fashion.
Flowers from Lisa’s, Queensland
Flowers from Lisa’s was founded in 2000 by Lisa Metten. Her Queensland-based floristry consists of a professional team of 10 local women. It is located in Mackay’s two largest shopping centres and every delivery is done in-house. Her two shops belong to the Interflora network and Lisa’s approach to her products are “If your not happy, then I’m not happy”.
