The'Smart Brain Health Centre'was established in 2014 in order to help those experiencing memory problems including those with mood problems such as anxiety and depression. We work with Baby Boomers and Generation X Mums to help them avoid the risk of dementia.' The'Smart Brain PREVENTION Program'has been developed utilising the knowledge gained from my in-depth research which resulted in the publication of the International Award-winning book'Smart Brain Healthy Brain.

I am'a fully qualified and accredited Natural Medicine Practitioner and have been working in the health industry for over 15 years. My mother Alice had Alzheimer's disease for many years. I have been researching memory problems and their causes over the past decade and all this information has been put together in my book' 'Smart Brain Healthy Brain' which'has recently won the Silver Medal in the 'Living Now' Book Awards (USA) in the Health/Wellness category. It has also been selected by'www.Amazon.com as one of the 'Best Books of the Month'.

I have been active in the Media having appearing on'Channel 9 News'in the story 'Brain Food' which went national. I have recently featured in the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age and have been interviewed on National and International Radio.
