Raise & Relevel

We’re Raise & Relevel, and we specialise in fixing buildings that have shifted, sunk, or just don’t feel right anymore.

Most of our work is about re-levelling and stabilising structures affected by subsidence. We use slab jacking with expanding polyurethane resin to lift and re-level concrete slabs and foundations without tearing everything apart. It’s faster, cleaner, and often far less disruptive than full replacement.

We also handle underpinning and void filling, injecting resin beneath foundations to give them proper support again. Sometimes it’s chemical or cementitious grouting, sometimes it’s targeted crack injection, sometimes it’s stopping water where it absolutely shouldn’t be getting in. Honestly, every site has its own personality.

Truth is, we’ve seen it all.

From residential homes and driveways to commercial facilities and civil infrastructure, we work across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and right around Australia. Councils, property managers, facility teams — they usually call us when the problem’s been ignored a bit too long.
