'Off-Market' properties are those not publicly advertised and traditionally make up approximately 10-20% of real estate sold nationally in Australia each year. During these unprecedented times the number of properties being sold off-market is increasing.

Liane Fletcher came up with the idea when she was working as a licensed real estate agent where she saw buyers missing out at auctions and who had limited access to off-market properties available in their area. Real estate agents even with good databases were missing out on new buyers in the market every week who could potentially be suitable for their listings. Property Whispers works like a 'dating website' instantly matching ready-now buyers with suitable properties just like a buyer’s agent would. This platform is ideal for agents and private sellers who do not want to pay for expensive advertising.
