We all know we need to exercise regularly but sometimes we have a setback or it becomes hard to stick to an exercise program. Our mission is to arm you with the knowledge and skills to reach your health goals and stick to your exercise program. Our Exercise Made Easy system uses evidence based techniques to improve motivation teach you how to exercise safely in a gym or at home and stay on track to reach your goals. This system is suitable for all ages especially if you are a super-busy retiree looking for how to fit daily exercise into your jam packed schedule. Our co-founders Dr Sharon Hetherington and Guy Byrnes have a combined 30 years in the aged care health and physical education space. We've seen what works and what doesn't work.
