Federation Artisan Chocolates

Federation Artisan Chocolate has been an iconic Tasmanian chocolate brand for over 30 years. When Maurice and Helen Curtis bought the business in 2014 they decided they wanted to become more involved in their chocolates entire making process right through from the growing of the cacao beans to the making of their bars. Since then they have worked tirelessly to hand select ethical and sustainable cacao growers and increase the stone ground full bean content of their chocolate. They are very proud of the progress they have made in developing their chocolate working out of the Taranna chocolate making facilities and direct to consumer shop on Tasmanian’s Tasman Peninsula 1 hours drive from Hobart just before Port Arthur.
