Most business owners believe the issues preventing them from growing or making their business more profitable are external factors (market opportunities product issues online competition etc). However the issues tend to be largely internal IE it is difficult for owners to recognise what impact they are having on the issues facing their business. As a coach I support motivate and encourage clients to openly discuss their circumstances and needs - in a completely non- judgemental manner. I highlight that issues need to be seen from different perspectives and also hold clients accountable during the coaching process. Hence I draw on my coaching expertise my post graduate academic studies and thirty 'plus' years business experience.'
