Over the last twenty-five years, Richard has introduced hundreds of people to the power of their voice, and the flow-on effects; including increased confidence, and presence.
Richard has worked with CEOs and board directors, professionals, and executive level managers. He runs courses public speaking, presentation, singing and mindfulness to help people attain a high-performance mind.
As a leading choir director, and acting and singing teacher, Richard has helped many thousands of people improve their voice and witnessed the enormous impact this has had on their lives.
He has seen singing help those who suffer eating disorders and other mental health illnesses, amateur actors and singers who want to expand their abilities, corporate workers who need to lead and present meetings at work, older people discovering the unexpected health benefits from singing and people who suffer from shyness or lack of self-confidence.
As a theatre director and performing arts lecturer, Richard has worked with the Sydney Theatre Company, N.I.D.A., V.C.A., Sydney Uni. While teaching at Monash Uni, he won the Vice-Chancellor’s award for excellence in teaching.
