Fiona Macdonald

Fiona Macdonald is Policy Director at the Centre for Future Work at the Australia Institute and Adjunct Principal Research Fellow in the College of Business and at RMIT University, where she is also an associate of the Centre for Business and Human Rights. Her recent book Individualising Work: Paid Care in the New Gig Economy (2021, Palgrave Macmillan) examines workforce challenges in marketised care.
